30-day returns
You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return. Gently used bowls are still accepted under our guarantee.
How to start a return
Email us at support@slowbowl.com or use our Contact page with your order number. We'll send simple return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it and email you. If approved, your refund goes back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank may need extra time to post it.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 30 days and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
